How are other CAH getting their TOB to print correctly? We have "851" hard coded on one claim and then another claim form for Lab Specs that calculate to 141. However, our Medicare specialist just told me that there are certain "lab tests" with no venipuncture charge that also need to be 141. Thanks all.
