Hello L'ers. I would like to let everyone know that Interbit Data has a new product the has been developed to Integrate your Physician practice systems with your MEDITECH System. Our Integration wizard is designed to take a print stream from your MEDITECH systems (currently Lab and Rad/ITS) and convert the data into an HL7 feed. This feed can be sent and uploaded to any Physician practice system. Integration Wizard is an option to Interbit Data's NetPrint Plus product.
Our approach to HL7 is similar to other features of the NetPrint application, we treat HL7 as another format (PRN, TIF, PDF) which can be used to send reports to a doctors office. The HL7 Messages would be transmitted to the doctor's office over an SSL connection to the NetPrint Client and fed into the Doctors office system. We will work with the providers EMR vendor to get the exact format for the HL7 message as well as the specifications for the interface (File based or TCP connection). Once the site is up and running with LAB we plan to include Radiology and Departmental reports. Since these are text based reports, it will be relatively straight forward for us to convert to HL7. Included in the cost are five reports that can be mixed and matched between Lab and RAD. Additional reports can be purchased in Increments of five for an additional cost. Please call us for a full demo and quote Sincerely, Oscar Beninati Director, Sales Interbit Data Inc. 10 West Central St. Natick, MA 01760 508-647-0013 X118 [EMAIL PROTECTED] <http://www.interbitdata.com/> www.interbitdata.com _____ From: meditech-l@MTUsers.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Stone, John Sent: Wednesday, February 21, 2007 11:20 PM To: meditech-l@MTUsers.com Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Practice Management Integration I am curious to find out if anyone is using eClinicalworks or Greenway as practice management software either in an ASP model or for owned practices. Curious to find out if anyone is resulting from Meditech to either of these? I would look at LSS but the horror stories I have heard makes me not want to look at it.
