We are HCA Magic 5.4.1. If you are going to implement ePOM, be aware that label comments are NOT available for editing by the ePOM Physician - they are "view only". So any comments that are entered there (including prn reasons) that may be subject to change will NOT be editable and may lead to "order confusion" should the MD add a prn reason (or other instructions) on the ePOM side, but not be able to change the label comments.
Perhaps this has been resolved in a later release of Meditech...
