Hi, I'm hoping that some of the experts out on the 'L can help me with this challenge. We are trying to devise a shift report for the nurses to share relevant information from shift to shift. Does anyone have a tool that is working well for them? If so, I'd love to see how you've designed it. Thanks for any help that can be offered in this area.
