The following should work out for you:
%Z.link("&","BAR","%.BAR.dic","BAR.DB")^OLD,
"MNEMONIC"^BAR.PROC.mnemonic,
@BAR.PROC.std.charge^CHARGE,
ZZ%O(&,OLD)
You will need to replace "BAR.DB" with the name of your BAR database. You will
also need to replace "MNEMONIC" with the mnemonic of the BAR.PROC procedure you
are interested in. The value of the field BAR.PROC.std.charge will be put into
the variable CHARGE.

I have an NPR report that starts in ABS.PAT. I need to get over to BAR.PROC to
pull out some procedures and charges that have a specific BAR.PROC mnemonic.
Can anyone tell me how to get to BAR.PROC from ABS.PAT?
