1. Who identifies the security risk? 2. Do you have a policy that creates some mechanism for this? 3. Does the flag carry over from admit to admit? 4. Could I ask you to share your CC indicators? 5. When a known security risk patient is registered we have a security alert print at the security office and the admissions desk (to alert security in the event that they are not in their office).
