We also have the issue. Unable to find why it is happening (it is so
sporadic).

Yes, this has been a problem for us and we haven't been able to find the
common thread causing it. Let me know if you hear something.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Pharmacy Refill List

Hi All,

We are a Magic 5.5 SR2 site using Pyxis Med Stations. Occasionally, when we
run the refill list, drugs appear that are dispensed from Pyxis. These
drugs are set to 'Dispense from Stock = Y' and the Med Stations are defined
correctly in the Drug dictionary. The refill list will print correctly for
the same patient with the same meds for multiple days and then it will
sporadically start showing a med that shouldn't be there. This issue
sometimes corresponds to a transfer from one unit to another, but not
always.

Has anyone else had issues with this? Meditech has not been able to assist
with resolving this for us.

Thanks for any assistance!
