Hi, We went Live with 5.5 SR2 on November 7th and noticed a big slow down in the system, especially launching 3m. We call it "crossing the bridge" After trying several things, we contacted Meditech and they suggested turning off Encryption on all the segments in OPS. We did that and the speed increased dramatically. You may want to look at your settings. There are 2 of them. If they are set to Y you may want to try turning them off and see if it helps. If it doesn't you can always set them back to Y.
