We use a product from Delmar Thomson called NetLearning.  A good deal of our 
new hire training and most of annual refresher is set up as CBLs in 
NetLearning.  We use it for training compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA, and 
other mandated requirements.  The employee and manager are notified when 
training is due, the employee goes through the course on-line, and takes the 
post-test.  The test is graded automatically and attendance-pass/fail is 
auto-recorded on their transcript.  NetLearning also generates compliance 
reporting.  We’ve had the product for several years with good results as it’s 
designed around healthcare organizations.   Here’s the website if you want more
