Hi, I have a request to change a billing report and I am sure of the best way to set the report up. Currently the report is set up to run off of the bar adm service date. The problem is that they are looking at recurring patients and it is only showing the patients on the date they were registered.. I could set the report up to run off of the txn.serv.date or txn.bch.date but there is not a index for either field. I was wondering if anyone had a report that shows this or how they pulled those patients into a report. The report is currently set to run for a date range and lists the patient charges for that visit. The report is out of BAR.PAT. We are also magic 5.4.
