Hey Charlie- I think the original thought was that a Pyxis vend isn't part of "Pharmacy Workload", and I certainly don't see it in the Refill. I believe it is a Debit workload and if you use the MT standard report those will only show up if you have the Pyxis Users in a PHA Access Group.
