Hi All, We have a group of hospitalists that would like their Rounds Report to print as a worklist. I asked our Formfast analyst if she could create the form and pull the Rounds report on to it. This gives the users colums to write notes into next to each patient's name. We ran into various problems with this, including how to deal with multiple pages and missing header information such as the provider name and facility.
Has anyone out there done something similar? I would much appreciate any advice on doing this with/without Formfast.
