Hi Lorraine, Orientation education is provided by the Education staff. This occurs every two weeks and is a full day of training depending on the needs of the individuals. The first half of the day is the overall use and navigation of the system, applicable to all users regardless of department. The second half of the day is geared to the use of POM by nursing and support staff in nursing areas. IT trains the doctors in one on one sessions. Hope this helps. Teri Teri R.
