Ginger: I have some dictionary audit reports that show the last edit date (a local variable). Depending on how you have your MIS Parameters set up, which dictionaries to keep the audits for and for how long, the old and new values may not appear-what was edited. If you just refile the dictionary entry without changing anything, your name is in that last edited date/time/user field... If you wanted to run this same report for all MIS Dict edits, remove the select on page 2 for dict.address or LIST ALL. Notice the dict.address changes for each dictionary or field edited (I think it is the dict -ie USER DICT is 6GU and the ROOM DICT dict is 6GGR) If you want to audit other modules/applications, edit the select for MIS to what you want (again this may depend on your parameters how long the audit data is kept). These reports are in MAGIC 5.5 SR2 Let me know if you need text files or versions in 5.4 Good Luck, -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jussila, Ginger Sent: Monday, October 02, 2006 12:18 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MEDITECH-L] LAST EDIT DATE/USER ON REPORT All messages should be posted in plain text.
