Hello and I was wondering...
We have been using Lexmark 2400 dotmatrix printers for our MAR
labels. We buy the optional serial port and everything seems to work
fine. Well, now they aren't making the 2400 any more so we are going to
purchase the 2480 in hopes that it will work for us. My question is, does
anybody use these with a network card and an IP address or can you only use them
with a serial port? If these won't work with a network card, does anybody
have a model that will as we are moving away from termservers and need something
to run to a switch? Thanks.
