Good Afternoon, We are a Magic 5.4 SR2 shop and we are working on implementing the ORM module. We are getting ready to build our Customer Defined Screens and wondered if anyone would be willing to share some of their documentation records. We currently have a system in place that enables our nursed to have a documentation shell, example for Cataracts, that they only have to fill in blank spaces. I was hoping to do something similar to this with canned text, but Meditech tells me this is not possible. Has anyone built a template that can be used. Also, we want to keep a perpetual inventory, but our understanding is that the nurses must know what inventory to make entries from? This is primarily for consignment items. I don't want the nurses to have to stop and figure out where this plate or screw come from. The team is looking for a site to talk with about inventory issues.
