Good afternoon! I have a few questions about the MSP form that Medicare requires. - Do you require the form to be completed for each visit or only every 90 days? - Do you demo recall any/all of the queries? Obviously making the queries demo recall would be a real time saver to the registrars. We just want to make sure that we are being complaint. For the RCR accounts we have documentation that this is only required to be filled out once every 90 days. Any ideas or pointers, would be greatly appreciated.
