Hey Paul- The set rx comment works well, but unless you add it to your outputs it won't display - it's not a "common output" field. Herb B has a wonderful setup for auto populating the first line of the Label Comment with the dose info - I have used that for several different displays similar to what you're talking about. I'm trying to understand the usage/limitations of the keywords; rx set rx comment rx win add I've read the descriptions, but they don't work the way I would expect. Pharmacy would like to have a canned text response pop up, but not prevent filing the order, when certain criteria are met. I can get a message to pop up (using rx msg) based on the criteria and it allows continuing with the order. They would like a a canned text attached that would also be attached to MARs, Labels, and Fill Lists. Does it have anything to do with the data field function in the canned text dictionary in PHA? Any help would be appreciated, even if it only explains the keywords' usage and limits.
