Thanks Donna, Yes I thought about the Sort/Select but that would mean I would have to create a separate schedule for each provider receiving the schedule. Now I'll do it that way if I have no choice, but I was hoping that someone would have a potential solution other than doing the former. And you're right, I can't have a look up into the provider dictionary due to HIPPA and this is where my dilemma stems from. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== Hey Everyone: I have built a custom ORM schedule for my physicians but I haven't found a way around not using a look-up to restrict the results to view only that physician, who is logged into Meditech at that time. In other words if Dr. Smith is logged into Meditech and wants to view his personal ORM schedule, I don't want him to have to look himself up through the provider dictionary. This is pretty vague I think... sorry! It is hard for me to explain!
