Title: Ancillary Departments and Plans of Care
We are in the process of building NUR and plan to do interdisciplinary documentation. We are building Plans of Care and at this point plan to use the plan of care routine, but we are confused on how the ancillary departments get their goals, etc on this POC so that the patient only has one POC? Any advice would be most welcome on how to make this multidisciplinary and/or how your staff are utilizing the POC routine.
