Title: Vitros ECI on digiservers
Has anyone seen any problems putting Vitros ECI on digiservers?
We have tried to convert from termservers to digiservers and have found that when the ECI throws and error ( ie: 2 cups one test or sample arm did not return to home...) then we start getting software errors that eventually shut down the instrument, even though the interface remains stable.
How did you solve this problem.
