Hi, We have been struggling to develop a way to limit reporting GFR to once every three months per patient. It would be acceptable to report it once per account number instead. We would rather not prompt the order entry user to enter it manually since some users might not follow through. We would rather not reflex after resulting a creatinine as it requires 'double resulting' for the chem tech. Has anyone ideas on how this might be accomplished within a resulting session for an interfaced instrument?
