Hello Everyone, I have a question. Is anyone incorporating the RXM Module's Historical Drug information for their Medication Reconciliation of Home Medications? Are you able to attach a CDS to add additional documentation on the drugs, (ie Reason for Drug, Last Dose Taken) when entering a medication? Thank you in advance for your responses.
