Manager, Health Information Management NARH has an outstanding career opportunity for experienced health information professional with strong leadership skills. The HIM Manager will direct all aspects of the HIM Department, and serve as our Privacy Officer. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in HIM and RHIA licensure or an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology with RHIT licensure, and a minimum of three years progressive HIM leadership in a hospital environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of JCAHO, CMS, MDH, ROI policies and HIPPA regulations, as well as functional knowledge of dictation/transcription systems plus ICD-9/CPT coding systems. Experience with Meditech and electronic health records is a plus. NARH is located in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
