I seem to remember some traffic on the L about POM locking when multiple users are attempting to file. Did others experience this problem? Did you get DTS's to fix it? Our original scheduled go live was for July - but we found so many issues within the POM module that we rescheduled twice. Fortunately, many of those issues are being worked out. I understand that the PCS module also has changes that may be "difficult" or unworkable - but as we are only online with the eMAR and that appears to be working correctly - I can't adequately speak to what you might find. Initially, we began testing general work flow and quickly found the problems in POM. While MEDITECH does not recommend this, we did eventually move to testing all the DTSs - where many more issues were discovered. On the up side, we did not find huge issues in the ADM/MRI, ITS, LAB, PHA or EMR modules. And, with the help and attention of Development, most of the POM issues have been resolved.
