Good Afternoon all.
Almost forgot to put this in but we are Magic 5.5 SR 1.
I have been asked to come up with a form for Admissions to provide the patient with an estimated bill at the time of registration.
They would like to see three sections on the form.
The first section would contain the patient demographics
The second section would contain the Service Type.
The third section would contain the anticipated the Insurance responsibility, Patient co-pay and co-insurance, patient's deductible and finally the estimated patient responsibility.
I am sure I can get the first section. Not sure how to get the last two sections.
Is anyone doing this and if so how?
