Hi Travis, We have also had some issues with the Xyplex IP termserver. Picis did make some adjustments last week that seem to have resolved our issues. They increased the TCP Window size and the Typeahead size settings within the Xyplex. Hollis Marek was the programmer who helped us. You may want to try those settings before finding another brand. By the way, we started with Digi termservers and those didn't work at all. We quickly opted for a model that was supported by Picis.
