Hello and help.
We have a paper form that we fill out if a patient is going to have a CT
scan with contrast. There are about 5 questions that are asked and if they
answer yes, then a BUN and CREAT need to be ordered before the patient can have
the CT with contrast. We'd like to get rid of the paper form and have it
in the system. Right now, when we order a CT there is a CDS attached to
the order but there isn't enough room for all of the questions concerning dye,
health issues, etc. Is anyone else doing something with rules or anything
else that I possible could use? Thanks.
