It is only on the ROS (Referred Outpatient Short) registration forms, so it doesn't come up for the CLI type of registrations, but you could attach it to whatever registration screens you want. Obviously, our need was to track more than just the standing orders, but you probably have the same other problems that we have. This same screen is also attached to the LIS Patient Data routine, so you can view or update the information without being in ADM. We have this screen very early in the registration sequence, as we want to know right up front if the patient has standing or other orders to be executed. In our environment, our lab personnel are doing the registration. If there is nothing here, we just hit F12 and go on to the next screen.
