Meditech had us set up another benefit as FMLA - we have to enter hours (through Kronos) and also into PTO. It looks like it is doubled but actually does nothing with the FMLA except track the total. There is a Meditech knowledge base article that they directed me to when we were working on it - your Meditech supprot person for payroll should be able to find it for you.
