Tony, If MEDITECH said it sent fine, then the file probably did go somewhere. Did you verify the login in all that from windows? >From the Start Button, click on Run. Type in "ftp " and the ip address as defined in your ftp recipient dictionary. (For example if the ip address is 128.1.0.0, you would type "ftp 128.1.0.0" ) A DOS window should come up asking you for user id, type in the user id defined, and hit enter. Then it should prompt you for password, enter the password defined and hit enter. If you get all of these prompts and it lets you in, then you know the ftp to this site works. You can then type "DIR" and enter to get a list of the files in this directory. You should find the files you sent, unless your ftp recipient dictionary has addition paths... like "\folder\". Either way, if you could get this far, then so did meditech and you will probably find your files... Hope it helps. HTML will be converted to attachments. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== We are having an issue with one FTP site in sending a report automatically. We are Magic 5.5 SR1 and have a couple of working FTP sites. At first we could not get a file over to the site even though Meditech log says it went successfully. Meditech uploaded 4 DTS's which mostly took care of the issue, except on files a page or less. On files 2 or more pages it works fine. But on a file that is a page or less I can connect to the site and the file is created, but it has no data. To confuse us even more, this works fine to our internal FTP server. If you can get thru the above confusing scenario, has anyone had this issue?
