We are currently attempting to configure
our Datasouth Documax A3300 printers on Xyplex 1620 TCP/IP terminal
servers. We have encountered a problem where “occasionally”
an extra tear off when you hit the tear off button, or extra feed follows the
printing of a form. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what was
