Hi Rae,

We have a limited number of providers using this. It isn't really autofaxed like LAB is. The provider Esigning still gets to see the FAX Spool and such and has to F12 to get it to fax. We presently only do it for our Cardiology department as the providers didn't want to wait to have the documents sent to them.

If someone has set up Magic to Auto fax without the Provider having any input I would like to know how. It does default everything in from the provider dictionary if set up properly... but they still have to press F12. I suspect some of the fancier print programs would do it but we just have a very basic Faxbox no Mprint or the other neat forms programs.

If you are interested I could explain our setup. It does work... not invisible
to the user though.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone successfully autofaxed esigned reports? In departmental,
there is a feature to allow auto printing when an esigned report has
been signed. Our transcriptionists would like the report to be autofaxed
upon signing.

Thanks, Rae Frazer, RN
