Hello fellow L'er's, I have a hard time sometimes knowing if a message is a question about C/S or Magic. Some are obvious, some are not. I would reply to more issues if it were clear which MT platform is being used when the question is posted. I don't want to give instructions for "how to" in C/S if the facility is Magic. Just an observation. There are probably several people like me that do not respond if they are unsure.
