We are working on implementing
autoverification. We have been successful with the Clinitek, and the Stago
analyzers. Now we would like to bring up normal CBC's on our Bayer Advia
analyzers and some chemistry tests. We have some questions.
1. With the CBC tests, how do you have
the deltas set up, our Heme supervisor has been unable to find good information
on what we really should be checking?
2. With the chemistry tests, how does
meditech handle multiple types of QC? For example, our techs run the
standard conrols, if the re-run is still out, they will run the assayed
controls. Would we need to set chemistry up to look at both controls, not
prev?
