Hi, I would like to hear from those of you using eMAR how you document med errors in the system. I know that even if a nurse gives a med in error, you have to document the occurrence. For example if Lasix is ordered and is on the eMAR, yet the nurse gives lisinopril, do you charge for the wrong med, document against the lasix saying GVN "N", do a Quick charge for the lisinoprol? How are you handling this? Thanks ahead of time for any advice.
