Jane - I basically built my own dose ranges rather
than use FirstDataBanks in their present form. Also, with chemo, there is so
much variation according to protocol that we have 2 pharmacists manually check
the dosages against the appropriate protocol. All that my dose ranges do is set
a max dose, which could be way to high for a particular protocol.
