Hi Amy, Well, the implementation of PBR got pretty easy after the 10th database or so! Excluding training, this setup can be done in less than a month. This does presume some decisions are made in advance, and my experience is only with LSS scheduling, so I can't address bringing it up using Comm Wide Scheduling. The biggest part is the charge master/dictionary. This dictionary includes Adjustments, Receipts, and Refunds, however LSS can run a program to create all of these out of your insurance master.
