Gale, I found this as a suggestion on the BWS talk site. . . Hope if helps. . . We use the MPrint product from Interbitdata. Our contact is Arthur Young. You just run the app on a PC the has an IP setup on Meditech as a network printer. You can set up multiple printers and run multiple sessions of the app with different ports going to different file paths. We have different printers/ports set up for various department folder shares. When he opens the printer dialog box in C/S he can select "P" for 'Send to' Printer but when he tries to key a "P" in the Destination Printer List to get our "PHR All" group it does nothing. He tries to key "[DOWN]" it still does not open the drop down list. Can someone please tell me how to do it so I can talk him down from the ledge. Boston Workstation has help scripts on their site but the one for selecting the printer does not work. Our configuration is: Meditech C/S 5.5.2 We also run under a Citrix environment and I hope this is not the culprit.
