It might be data loss from the Edit UI form. The danger when the dublincore is 
parsed into another object. 

Not sure if this is a smoking gun, but the os.scheduler.js javascript has keys 
for many dublin core elements, but not for "created" or "extent". In a quick 
test, I notice those two elements are missing from secondary dublincore/episode.
