The host registration needs an additional database field "active", which can be
set to "false" to make sure these hosts are no longer relevant.
The problem is that the hosts can't simply be removed from the database,
because most likely there have been jobs started from one of the services on
that host, so the database will complain that the host_registration can't be
removed.
