Hrm, I don't see anything obvious wrong with the log. Did you stop the system, and then start it back up again to capture the log? It seems like there might be a couple of jobs that were restarted when the system came back up, which makes me wonder if the error that you're really encountering happened earlier (ie, the last logfile). Can we get a logfile containing a full schedule->ingest->processing workflow? Also, what happens when you run mediainfo on the commandline? The 3rd party tools need to be installed, and this might account for the issue you're seeing as well.
