The relevant part in the code is getting the organization from the security
service, which obviously does not work. This suggest that no organization has
been set before.
Looking at the Spring Security related error, the first thing you need to make
sure is that the security configuration is working. You can do that by
"touch"ing the file and watch Spring Security log that it refreshed the
configuration successfully.
