As mentioned in http://opencast.jira.com/browse/MH-9235, there is a line in the
source of WorkflowServiceImpl.java that compares
the "dbWorkflowState" with the "initialState"; if they are unequal, the
workflow is set to "PAUSED from the outside".
So, if I could, I would also try to get debug messages for the both variables
"dbWorkflowState" and "initialState", to find out if and maybe why they are
different (database too slow in responding?).
This is just an idea while looking at the code as unexperienced coder; the
deeper knowledge is beyond my scope.
