HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Dec 28, 2012
The deadline to reserve a room at the special meeting rate at the
Estancia La Jolla is December 28, 2012. Attendees who register under the
"Matterhorn Meeting" can reserve a room at the reduced price of $179 per
night (includes free wireless internet and hospitality package). This
beautiful hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to the campus. To
reserve a room, call (877) 437-8262 and identify yourself as part of the
"Matterhorn Meeting" group.
SESSION PROPOSALS: Jan 6, 2013
All topics are welcome! Propose a session to teach others something
you've learned, collaborate around a common need, or just be willing to
lead a conversation about something that interests you (even if you
aren't an expert!). Propose a session today at
http://unconference.opencast.org.
REGISTRATION: Jan 16, 2013
We'll be finalizing the meeting room accommodations and catering on this
date, so registrations MUST BE RECEIVED by Jan 16, 2013.
