rev13322 breaks processing after uploading!
Uploads have no title, displayed as 'NA' in recordings which then fail with:
org.opencastproject.workflow.api.WorkflowOperationException:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Required property
'EName{namespaceName='http://purl.org/dc/terms/', localName='title'}' is missing
