The correct format of the rpm link for the Wowza server should be:
rtmp://server/matterhorn-engage/_definst_/mp4:dir1/dir2/file.mp4
which I have positively tested on the 1.3 system.
The same format (according to Rute Santos) is also correct for the FMS.
