I agree.  Most of the EQL links out there are now totally DEAD and
any documentation is sparse at best.  But.. these topics are also 
not related to MASQ either.

I've documented Diald in TrinityOS but I've never had a ISP that 
was willing to enable EQL.  So, I can't really help you there.  
If _you_ are willing to to do some leg work here.. I'll add t
he doc and/or the URL to the MASQ page since other people would 
probably love to read it.

A good side tangent here.. wouldn't it be nice to have
Diald do bandwidth-on-demand via EQL?  Now THAT would be cool!
