Interesting question. I beleive this will mostly be a routing issue since
MASQ should work on the outgoing interface fine. You'll need to receive
traffic via the Ethernet interface but transmit via PPP.
I can't say that Linux's "route" command can do this in it's stock
form but I'm sure someone out there has done this.
I recommend that you check the following places to see if anyone
running Linux or any other UNIX-based OS has this rolling:

If you find anything out.. please post your results to the MASQ group
