This is DHCP trying to run.  Do you need it?  If not, disable
it in:

        redhat:
                mv /etc/rc.d/rc2.d/S65dhcpd /etc/rc.d/rc2.d/K65dhcpd
                mv /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S65dhcpd /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/K65dhcpd

If you DO need DHCP, you need to -ALLOW- DHCP.  Check out the DHCP
section in the Strong IPFWADM/IPCHAINS firewall ruleset in TrinityOS 
[Section 10].
